Do players need to install an app?
No. Everything runs inside LINE, which they already use. They book from your Official Account and the system recognises them automatically by LINE ID.
How long does setup take?
Within 24 hours. Our team configures your courts, prices and opening hours and connects your LINE Official Account. You only send us the details of your facility.
How does slip verification work, and is it safe?
Every slip is checked against the banking system automatically — amount, date and time, and whether it has been used before or forged — before a booking is confirmed. The full result is stored so your admins can review it later.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. FastCourt was built multi-branch from the start. Players choose a branch when booking, and you see both combined and per-branch reporting in a single dashboard.
Is there a contract? How do I cancel?
No lock-in. Every feature is free for 30 days, then it is month to month, and you can cancel whenever you like.
Who owns the customer data?
