By using FastCourt — through our website or through the LINE Official Account of a facility that runs on our system — you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service.

FastCourt is a booking system for sports facilities. It lets players reserve courts, pay and receive confirmation through LINE without staff involvement.

Important: your booking contract is with the facility you book, not with FastCourt. We provide the software; we do not own or operate the courts.

• Players sign in with their own LINE account
• The details you give us, such as your name and phone number, must be accurate and reachable
• Do not use the system unlawfully or in a way that disrupts it
• Do not share your door PIN with anyone outside your booking

• All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and are shown before you confirm a booking
• You can pay by PromptPay/QR, bank transfer, in-system wallet or package credits, depending on what each facility has enabled
• Payment slips are verified automatically; a booking is confirmed once the amount checks out
• Forged, reused or short-paid slips are rejected and the booking may be cancelled

Rescheduling and cancellation rules — including notice periods and refunds — are set by each facility and shown on the booking screen before you confirm. For refund disputes, please contact the facility you booked directly.

FastCourt is provided as is. We maintain the system to the best of our ability, but we are not liable for problems outside our control, such as outages at your network provider, your bank or LINE.

Anything that happens at the facility itself — safety, accidents and lost property — is the responsibility of that facility.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change we will give reasonable notice through the website or LINE before it takes effect, and the update date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.

These terms are governed by Thai law.
