1. Who controls your data
AQUARIO Co.,Ltd. is the data controller for the FastCourt system. For anything concerning personal data, contact us on LINE at @fastcourt or by phone on 096 357 5808.
Facilities that run on our system are joint controllers for their own customers’ data, in respect of the bookings made with them.
2. What we collect
- From your LINE account — your LINE user ID, display name and profile picture, when you sign in through LINE
- Contact details — the name and phone number you enter when booking, so the facility can reach you
- Booking data — court, date and time, price, booking status and the door PIN for that booking
- Payment data — the payment slip you upload, its verification result, and your wallet and credit balances (we never store your card number)
- System logs — technical records kept only as far as needed to keep the service secure
3. How we use it
- To process bookings, confirm them and issue door PINs
- To verify payments and prevent forged or reused slips
- To send booking confirmations, reminders and change notices through LINE
- To let facility owners see their bookings and contact their own customers
- To keep the system secure and to improve the service
Our legal bases are performance of your booking contract and our legitimate interest in keeping the system secure.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary, with:
- The facility you booked — so they can prepare the court and reach you
- LINE — to deliver your confirmations and reminders
- The slip-verification and payment providers the facility has chosen
- Government authorities, where required by law
5. How long we keep it
We keep booking records and payment documents for as long as we need them to provide the service and for the periods required by accounting and tax law. Door PINs expire with the booking they belong to. Once data is no longer needed, we delete it or render it non-identifying.
6. Your rights under the PDPA
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:
- Access your data and request a copy of it
- Have inaccurate or outdated data corrected
- Request erasure, or ask us to restrict processing
- Object to certain processing
- Ask for your data to be transferred
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee
To exercise any of these, contact us on LINE at @fastcourt or by phone on 096 357 5808. We will respond within the period the law allows.
7. Keeping your data safe
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit access to staff who need it, and review the security of the system regularly. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the people affected and the regulator as the law requires.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this policy we will give notice through the website or LINE, and the update date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
